What we collect
We collect no information about users of our website www.moorcroft-associates.co.uk, and merely collect contact information when contacted via the website forms. For respondents to our surveys, howsoever conducted, we collect their responses to the survey questions in addition to the basic contact information.
How we use the data
Respondent responses are anonymised and collated to prepare reports, tables and presentations for the company or organisation commissioning the research, and for no other purposes.
To whom we disclose the data
Except as outlined hereafter, we do not disclose your data to any other individual, company or organisation, including for (but not limited to) marketing, market research or commercial purposes.
In particular, your details are never revealed to the clients on whose behalf the research is conducted: all reports, tables and presentations are anonymised, and no information by which a respondent could be identified is ever revealed.
However, we may pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so, or if we have to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements. This may include disclosing to other companies and organisations in connection with fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Where your information is stored
All information is stored on secure servers within our secure computer room in the UK (and thus within the European Economic Area [EEA]). Under no circumstances are the data transferred elsewhere, except insofar as it may form part of an encrypted offsite security backup elsewhere within the EEA.

Your rights
You can find out what information we hold about you, and ask us not to use any of the information we collect. If you wish to exercise this right, please send your request to dpo@moorcroft-associates.co.uk.
You have the right to access personal information held about you. Once we have received your request we will respond within 40 days. If there are errors or inaccuracies in your data, we will erase or amend it upon request.
